About Us
Who We Treat
Our ideal customer is a person with headaches, TMJ dysfunction, chronic neck/back pain, and/or pelvic health issues (including, but not limited to, urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, & pre/post-natal care). We use a variety of techniques including physical therapy, manual therapy, massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, cupping, myofascial release, functional exercise and activities, and dry needling to decrease your pain and get you back to function.
OUR TEAM
We believe in an active and hand-on approach to treatment where we look at the body as a whole to find the underlying cause of issues rather than just treating the symptoms. We get to the root cause of the issue and provide lifelong tools to get you to back to the activities you love. Grounded in a sense of warmth and comfort, we are passionate about providing positive, life-changing experiences for every unique individual.
Dr. Sally Gladden, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, LMT

HI, I’m Dr. Sally! I am a native of Arkansas who began my career as a massage therapist from White River School of Massage in 2000 and later earned my BS in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina. I always loved being able to connect with and decrease the client’s pain with the use of specific manual techniques. However, I realized that there had to be more I could do to help others and decided to go back to school to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine. Now, I can truly bridge the gap between passive and active therapy with massage and physical therapy – bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to get my patients back to living their best life!
In my free time I enjoy family, time on the water, reading, old-school board games and card games, and Escape rooms. My burning desire is to have the best garden around and be a real-life Nancy Drew!
